Salary: $140,000 - $180,000

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical expert for the developer community, assisting with deployment and scaling of hirify.global.
• Debug complex infrastructure issues and optimize cloud performance for users.
• Develop observability solutions using Grafana and Prometheus.
• Automate infrastructure operations utilizing Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence platform improvements and diagnostic tools.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a developer (Python, Java, Golang, or TypeScript).
• Experience managing medium to large-scale architectures using Kubernetes or Docker.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience working within remote teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Background as a professional services consultant, solutions architect, or customer engineer.
• Experience with security certificate management.
• Knowledge of EKS, GKE, OpenTracing, Terraform, Ansible, or CDK.
