• Develop and lead the comprehensive communications strategy for France, hirify.global's fastest-growing European market.
• Build and leverage deep relationships with traditional and new French media to increase brand awareness.
• Educate audiences on the value of live commerce for both businesses and consumers.
• Establish a communications playbook for rapid response and strategic issues management.
• Navigate high-profile crisis escalations in real-time with key stakeholders.
• Build the French communications function from the ground up.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Public Relations or corporate communications.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Deep understanding of the media, cultural, and policy landscape in France.
• Proven experience in Trust & Safety issues and crisis management.
• Ability to operate effectively in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse channels.
