What you will do
- Define, own, and execute the internal communications strategy and narrative aligned with ’s business priorities.
- Advise senior leadership on internal positioning and organisational changes; personally craft high-stakes executive communications and manager enablement toolkits for crises.
- Lead and mentor the Internal Communications team, improving the operating model, workflows, and process efficiencies.
- Own major corporate communication touchpoints (All Hands, strategic business updates, People Communications, and large-scale transformation topics).
- Establish communication governance, messaging frameworks, and channel strategies (e.g., Slack, Allhands) to ensure consistency and transparency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with External Communications, Employer Branding, HR, and Legal; define success metrics to optimize internal channels and campaigns.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Corporate Communications with deep specialization in Internal Communications in a fast-paced, global or scaled environment.
- Director-level “manager of a function” experience: autonomous operational decision-making, process improvement, and coaching.
- Proven ability to move from strategic planning to tactical, hands-on oversight and content creation.
- Elite writing and editing skills to draft sensitive executive communications and toolkits on short notice.
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder/crisis management experience across HR, Legal, and PR.
- English: native-level or completely fluent (exceptional written and verbal communication).
