What you will do

• Implement and maintain corporate applications and IT best practices cross-functionally to meet company needs.
• Automate IT operational efficiencies using AI chatbots and iPaaS tools such as Zapier.
• Streamline access management workflows utilizing Workday data and Okta configurations.
• Manage and future-proof MDM, office network infrastructure, and remote collaboration tools.
• Design, deploy, and operate Dante-based digital audio networks and A/V systems for live onsite events.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships and report on team OKRs and roadmaps.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an IT professional in high-growth or tech companies.
• 2+ years of experience with onsite events A/V support and coordination.
• Hands-on experience with MDM tools (Kandji, Intune) and IAM systems (Okta, Azure AD).
• Solid understanding of cloud-based SD-WAN and SDN (Cisco Meraki).
• Expertise in live event A/V gear, including Dante networks, Shure/Sennheiser wireless systems, and Yamaha/Midas consoles.
• Must be based within commuting distance of Los Angeles, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience with security and privacy tools such as Verkada, Nightfall, or Proofpoint.
