What you will do

• Develop and execute commerce and operations strategies to scale the Vendor footprint for customer experience and Trust & Risk.
• Apply analytical rigor to operational data to improve quality, speed, and scalability across the Operations team.
• Lead the strategy for the Operations vendor framework, guiding execution and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Define and track vendor KPIs and SLAs to drive continuous performance improvement across partner sites.
• Lead strategic sourcing efforts to expand vendor coverage across new capabilities or geographies.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to translate user interaction insights into scaling initiatives.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or general management (e.g., consulting, finance, GM).
• Proven track record of driving operational improvement in high-growth scaling environments.
• Strong strategic and analytical judgment with the ability to synthesize metrics into clear decisions.
• Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives and managing global operating models with external vendors.
• Proficiency in SQL and analytics platforms such as Looker, Sigma, or Hex.
• Must be based within commuting distance of New York, San Francisco, Phoenix, or Los Angeles.
