Compensation: $156,500 – $202,300 + Equity

What you will do
- Own growth engineering projects end-to-end, including referral systems, attribution, and tracking infrastructure.
- Build and ship landing pages, interactive tools, and conversion flows on .com.
- Develop A/B testing infrastructure and programmatic page generation for SEO.
- Maintain and optimize the marketing technology stack (Segment, GTM, Mixpanel, BigQuery).
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to drive experimentation and optimization.
- Contribute to system health, code reviews, and engineering culture.
Requirements
- Strong foundations in React, TypeScript, and modern web development.
- Experience building backend logic, API routes, and integrating third-party services.
- Proven ability to measure impact and optimize for growth, SEO, or conversion.
- Comfortable thriving in a remote, asynchronous work environment.
- Experience or strong interest in building AI-powered user features.
- Personal interest in content creation and social media tools.
Nice to have
- Experience with Next.js and modern CSS/UI libraries.
- Background in growth marketing or startup environments.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Recharts.
