What you will do

• Own growth projects end-to-end, including localization frameworks, referral program logic, and attribution systems.
• Develop high-conversion landing pages, interactive tools, and utility content to educate and attract new users.
• Build growth infrastructure such as A/B testing frameworks and programmatic page generation for SEO and AEO.
• Drive continuous experimentation and optimization by validating results through code and iterative shipping.
• Maintain the marketing tech stack (Segment, GTM, Mixpanel, BigQuery) and optimize overall site performance and accessibility.
• Contribute to engineering culture through code reviews, pairing, and sharing knowledge on growth engineering patterns.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern web development.
• Ability to handle backend logic, build API routes, and manage third-party integrations.
• Hands-on experience with growth-specific domains: SEO, analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
• Experience building AI-powered user-facing features at scale and using AI tools for productivity.
• Proven ability to thrive in remote, asynchronous environments with clear communication.
• English: C1+ proficiency required for global collaboration.

• Personal experience with content creation (newsletters, social media audience growth).
• Prior experience growing a startup or personal side project.
