Senior Growth Engineer (React)

Location: Remote; work from anywhere in the world. In-person team retreats take place once or twice per year and are highly encouraged.

Salary: $156.5K–$202.3K, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own growth engineering projects from concept to launch, including localization, referral systems, attribution, and tracking infrastructure.
• Build landing pages, interactive tools, calculators, benchmarks, utility content, and conversion flows for hirify.global.com.
• Develop marketing platform capabilities such as A/B testing infrastructure, programmatic SEO and AEO pages, content management patterns, and reusable components.
• Set up experiments, measure results, and optimize growth initiatives based on real usage.
• Maintain Segment, Google Tag Manager, Mixpanel, BigQuery, and other marketing technology integrations while improving performance, accessibility, and system reliability.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and engineering through pairing, code reviews, knowledge sharing, and on-call participation.

Requirements

• Strong frontend foundations in React, TypeScript, and modern web development.
• Ability to write backend logic, build API routes, and connect third-party integrations.
• Experience with SEO, analytics, A/B testing, conversion optimization, or comparable growth-focused projects.
• Experience building AI-powered user-facing marketing features and regular use of AI tools.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively across marketing, design, and engineering in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Personal experience with content creation, social media, newsletters, online publishing, or using hirify.global.

Nice to have

• Experience with Next.js, Express middleware, CSS Modules, Motion, Radix UI, Base UI, Recharts, Ghost CMS, Redash, Notion, or Google Sheets.
• Experience growing a product, startup, side project, or personal audience.
