Senior Software Engineer (React)

Location: Remote — California, United States

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 annually

WME is building internal platforms that support relationships, deals, and opportunities across the global entertainment industry.

What you will do

• Design and build scalable web applications and APIs with React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Develop and maintain Node.js backend services with REST, gRPC, and GraphQL APIs.
• Contribute to architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems.
• Translate operational needs into practical technical solutions with product managers and designers.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, and cloud-based deployments.
• Support and mentor engineers early in their careers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack development experience with modern web applications.
• Professional proficiency in React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
• Experience with AWS or Azure, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfort working with evolving systems and processes, plus familiarity with infrastructure as code.

Nice to have

• Kubernetes experience.
• Terraform experience.
