Salary: $190,000 – $250,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Drive the engineering roadmap, strategy, and execution of critical functional initiatives.
• Define technical requirements and roadmaps in collaboration with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams.
• Communicate roadmaps, progress, and data-driven insights to key stakeholders.
• Unblock engineering teams to ensure they operate effectively at a rapid pace.
• Take full ownership of major blockers to the company's success and drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in technical program management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary, and highly visible technical initiatives.
• Experience working in a high-growth startup environment.
• Must be based in the United States to be eligible for the stated compensation.
