What you will do

• Identify and recruit new sellers to expand hirify.global's presence in the French market using social media and outbound channels.
• Onboard sellers and educate them on using the platform to grow their businesses.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic partners and top sellers to support their growth.
• Lead marketing initiatives and influencer campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract buyers.
• Use SQL and data analytics to track category growth, success, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in fast-paced, client-facing roles (e.g., Strategy Consulting, Private Equity, or tech partnerships).
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Deep understanding of the French market.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manipulate data for business decision-making.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to own strategy and execution.
• Must be based within commuting distance of London (UK) or Berlin (Germany).

Nice to have

• Experience at a high-growth startup or creator-focused marketplace.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Passion for creator communities or expertise in collectibles and vintage clothing.
• Experience buying and selling in online marketplaces.
