Location: Must live within commuting distance of the London, UK or Berlin, Germany hubs

What you will do

  • Develop and nurture strong seller relationships using a consultative approach to drive high growth.
  • Create data-driven POVs and recommendations to align seller growth with company goals.
  • Manage a targeted book of business, driving in-quarter growth and product adoption.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to advocate for seller needs and articulate revenue impact.
  • Lead and execute project management initiatives across various internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales or account management, specifically with top business partners, streamers, or creators.
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) with deep knowledge of French cultural dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, AirTable, and Sigma for account management.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills for multitasking across parallel projects.
  • Experience planning and executing strategic initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience as a hirify.global seller or entrepreneur.
  • Proven track record of scaling Account Management or Strategic Partnerships teams.
  • Passion for creator communities and categories like fashion, toys, or TCG.
  • Experience buying and selling in online marketplaces.
