What you will do

• Manage and lead a team of Fleet Specialists to ensure operational success.
• Perform hands-on field tasks including collecting and deploying e-scooters (80% of time).
• Oversee team performance, training, and hiring processes (20% of time).
• Coordinate logistics for receiving, packing, and deploying new vehicles.
• Maintain quality standards by identifying and rectifying damaged or misplaced scooters.
• Collaborate with management to optimize shift schedules and process execution.

Requirements

• Must hold a full UK driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points and no major offences.
• Must be able to drive company e-vans to meet insurance requirements.
• 2+ years of professional work experience.
• Proven experience in managing a team.
• Proficiency in digital tools such as MS Office and G-Suite.
• Fluent in English.
