Supervisor

What you will do

• Supervise and oversee all jobs from start to finish, ensuring client specifications are met, progress is tracked, and works are delivered safely.
• Attend validation inspections to scope up works and attend post-inspections to ensure snags are completed to required quality.
• Manage daily job workflow using Total Mobile Dashboard, respond to client questions, and ensure job notes are recorded accurately.
• Coordinate and supervise supply chain to keep start/completion dates on track and updated in Total Mobile.
• Conduct safety inspections, assess and minimize risk, and ensure H&S policies and procedures are followed.
• Create and maintain a Health and Safety File for each job, ensuring documentation is reviewed and updated before commencement.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar Supervisor role, including knowledge of cyclical workstream delivery.
• Relevant site management qualification or proven experience, including SMSTS, SSSTS, First Aid, and Asbestos Awareness.
• Strong experience delivering in a fast-moving environment with a focus on quality and robust delivery.
• Experience working with supply chain delivery models and demonstrating commercial acumen.
• Proven site health and safety good practice and ability to read/understand instructions, technical reports, and designs.
• Proficiency in Total Mobile and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), with the ability to work calmly and effectively during emergencies.
