TL;DR

Finance Business Partner (Fintech): Leading forecasting and financial analysis for hirify.global’s European entity with an accent on strategic planning, budget ownership, and commercial performance. Focus on building robust financial models, driving growth in a compliant manner, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership.

Location: Must be based in Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in the office).

Salary: €70,000 - €85,000

What you will do

  • Take overall responsibility for forecasting and analysis across several business areas.
  • Own the annual budget, forecasts, and multi-year plans for assigned business units.
  • Prepare management information and insights for the senior leadership team.
  • Develop strategic and tactical initiatives to drive commercial performance.
  • Collaborate across the business to help stakeholders understand financial perspectives.
  • Ensure all financial activities align with short and long-term business plans.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in finance business partnering.
  • Accountancy qualification or equivalent significant experience.
  • Relevant experience within the banking or fintech sector.
  • Strong financial modelling skills (advanced Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
  • Must be able to work from the Dublin office 2-3 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Experience building business cases and debating investment choices.
  • Ability to streamline existing processes to create efficiencies.
