TL;DR
Finance Business Partner (Fintech): Leading forecasting and financial analysis for ’s European entity with an accent on strategic planning, budget ownership, and commercial performance. Location: Must be based in Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in the office).
Salary: €70,000 - €85,000

What you will do
- Take overall responsibility for forecasting and analysis across several business areas.
- Own the annual budget, forecasts, and multi-year plans for assigned business units.
- Prepare management information and insights for the senior leadership team.
- Develop strategic and tactical initiatives to drive commercial performance.
- Collaborate across the business to help stakeholders understand financial perspectives.
- Ensure all financial activities align with short and long-term business plans.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in finance business partnering.
- Accountancy qualification or equivalent significant experience.
- Relevant experience within the banking or fintech sector.
- Strong financial modelling skills (advanced Excel/Google Sheets).
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
- Must be able to work from the Dublin office 2-3 days per week.
