What you will do

• Coordinate new and existing mandates for BRG meetings, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Review new business documents to identify and document operational complexities and risks.
• Track action points from BRG meetings to resolution and escalate issues as necessary.
• Assist in the development and governance of BRG processes, procedures, and digitalized documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Service, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless fund onboarding.
• Prepare quarterly reporting for the Business Operations Committee.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the funds industry.
• Third-level qualification or college undergraduate degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
