What you will do

• Provide general administrative support, including phone handling and paperwork preparation.
• Create suitability letters, maintain affirmations, and assist in producing investment proposals.
• Manage the distribution of valuations and tax packs for the client base.
• Facilitate the opening of new accounts and arrange payments to clients and advisers.
• Support Investment Managers in preparing for client meetings and eventually attend them as part of professional growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Interest in or understanding of financial services and investment management.
• Strong communication skills and a personable manner.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF).
• QFA qualification or a strong desire to obtain it.
• Ability to work independently and think critically.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in financial services.
• Knowledge of Excel Macros and Pivot tables.
