What you will do

• Review account queues to assess legitimacy, evaluate risks, and determine appropriate restrictions.
• Contact account holders to verify activity, investigate concerns, and mitigate potential losses.
• Monitor account activity to detect unusual or suspicious behavior and prevent unauthorized transactions.
• Identify emerging fraud trends and patterns to communicate findings to management.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and decision rationales for all investigations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in high-risk, rule-based, or process-driven environments, preferably in financial services or compliance.
• Proven experience conducting KYC/KYB reviews, enhanced due diligence, and transaction investigations.
• Working knowledge of AML regulations, financial crime controls, and transaction monitoring best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify anomalies in complex data.
• Excellent written communication skills for clear case documentation.
• Flexibility to support weekend coverage as part of a 7-day schedule.
