What you will do

• Own the global indirect tax compliance operating model and lifecycle across VAT, GST, and DST regimes.
• Lead registration lifecycle management, including threshold monitoring and obligation assessments across global jurisdictions.
• Oversee data collection, return preparation, tax payments, and statutory reporting.
• Identify and implement technology and automation opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen controls.
• Act as the primary point of contact for indirect tax audits and tax authority inquiries.
• Partner with Finance leadership to communicate emerging compliance risks and regulatory developments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive indirect tax experience within a multinational organization.
• Deep expertise in global indirect tax regimes, including VAT, GST, and DST.
• Proven success in designing scalable compliance processes and governance frameworks.
• Experience managing external compliance providers and tax advisors.
• Track record of successfully managing indirect tax audits and controversy matters.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Dublin, Ireland.
