What you will do
- Manage employee services, providing guidance on policies and facilitating mobility requirements for local and overseas travel.
- Ensure strict compliance with local employment laws and oversee regulatory reports including DOLE and RBA.
- Lead labor relations by resolving grievances and guiding supervisors in conflict management and discipline processes.
- Develop and implement employee well-being programs, mental health initiatives, and engagement strategies.
- Conduct internal and external audits and execute corrective action plans based on audit findings.
- Analyze turnover trends via exit interviews and maintain HR databases for reporting.
Requirements
- Degree in Behavioral Science or an equivalent field.
- 8-10 years of experience in labor relations, employee services, and compliance.
- Deep understanding of employment laws, data privacy, and discipline management.
- Proven track record in participating in internal and external audits.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Must be local to Lapu-Lapu City, Philippines; the position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Knowledge and experience with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA).
- Experience across other general HR functions.
