What you will do

• Manage employee services, providing guidance on policies and facilitating mobility requirements for local and overseas travel.
• Ensure strict compliance with local employment laws and oversee regulatory reports including DOLE and RBA.
• Lead labor relations by resolving grievances and guiding supervisors in conflict management and discipline processes.
• Develop and implement employee well-being programs, mental health initiatives, and engagement strategies.
• Conduct internal and external audits and execute corrective action plans based on audit findings.
• Analyze turnover trends via exit interviews and maintain HR databases for reporting.

Requirements

• Degree in Behavioral Science or an equivalent field.
• 8-10 years of experience in labor relations, employee services, and compliance.
• Deep understanding of employment laws, data privacy, and discipline management.
• Proven track record in participating in internal and external audits.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Must be local to Lapu-Lapu City, Philippines; the position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

• Knowledge and experience with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA).
