Location: Hybrid setup (50% in-office) in Bolzano/Bozen, Italy

What you will do

  • Lead and manage a sales and account management team of 5 members responsible for the South Tyrol market.
  • Grow the vacation rental portfolio by acquiring new hosts and building long-term relationships.
  • Train and coach team members through motivational initiatives to achieve area targets.
  • Manage and optimize existing portfolios, taking personal responsibility for the largest customers.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to improve products, streamline procedures, and create best practices.
  • Conduct regular customer visits together with team members.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales and/or account management with experience overachieving targets.
  • Strong natural leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset to optimize team approaches.
  • Near-native German and fluent English skills.
  • Must be able to work from the Bolzano office (50% in-office time).

  • Experience in recruiting and managing top-tier talent.
  • Previous experience in fast-growing e-commerce, tech, or travel companies.
