What you will do
- Conduct discovery calls to qualify, validate, and document lead information for Account Executives.
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound sales inquiries and outreach.
- Research and profile strategic accounts to identify key business requirements.
- Analyze prospect needs and pain points to tailor outreach communication.
- Maintain accurate lead documentation within the CRM.
- Educate potential customers on customization and best usage practices.
Requirements
- Exceptional proficiency in both English and German (written and verbal).
- Must be based in or have the legal right to work in Lisbon, Portugal (no visa sponsorship).
- Strong communication, active listening, and organizational skills.
- Competitive drive and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage time efficiently between outreach and administrative tasks.
