Location: Hybrid or Full-time in Warsaw, Poland. Relocation is required.

Salary: 50,900 – 69,960 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Establish and oversee the architecture and technical strategy for gameplay features and systems.
• Lead and mentor engineering managers and engineers in a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Develop strategic plans, resource allocation, and technology roadmaps for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with art, animation, design, and production to align gameplay systems with the creative vision.
• Drive C++ coding standards for optimization, readability, and maintainability.
• Direct efforts to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring a polished and performant product.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a lead position within the games industry.
• Experience in the full development cycle of AAA titles for game consoles, including debugging and profiling in console environments.
• Proven track record in managing engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine 5, specifically features and systems related to gameplay.
• Deep expertise in C++, math, algorithms, and code parallelization.
• Must be able to relocate to Warsaw, Poland.
