What you will do

• Develop scalable production-grade data and ML pipelines across the entire ML lifecycle.
• Utilize and maintain GCP infrastructure including BigQuery, DataProc, Cloud Composer, and Airflow.
• Manage SLIs/SLOs for ML systems, monitoring data quality, performance, and business impact.
• Collaborate with ML scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate business challenges into ML solutions.
• Identify development bottlenecks and introduce tools for efficient testing and deployment.
• Contribute to the development of reusable models through applied research.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience in Machine Learning Engineering.
• Proficiency in Python; knowledge of Java is a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of big data retrieval and processing tools.
• Proven experience running ML systems in production with high throughput.
• Experience with data-driven product development and A/B testing.
• BSc or higher in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
