TL;DR

AI Engineer: Developing and implementing machine learning solutions to power core product features with an accent on data processing, model training, and infrastructure maintenance. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Utrecht, Netherlands (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office required).

Salary: €5,000–€7,000 per month.

What you will do

• Develop and deploy AI features end-to-end.
• Lead projects in close collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Leverage proprietary training data to develop and improve AI models.
• Maintain model training and serving infrastructure using internal and external tools.
• Bridge the gap between customer demands and technical solutions.

Requirements

• Valid work permit for the Netherlands is required.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and concepts.
• Experience applying machine learning concepts using PyTorch.
• Proficiency in Python and web development libraries (FastAPI, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy).
• Familiarity with databases and data processing (PostgreSQL, Polars, DuckDB).
• Good working knowledge of Linux, Git, and command-line tools.
