What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain generative AI services and reusable components using mostly Python and some Java.
• Define and promote engineering best practices across scalability, observability, testing, and CI/CD.
• Contribute to system designs spanning multiple services and modules aligned with architectural best practices.
• Collaborate with product, platform, and research teams to move AI prototypes into production-ready capabilities.
• Deploy and operate containerized applications in a Kubernetes (EKS) environment.
• Mentor less-senior developers and participate in code reviews and architecture sessions to ensure quality and maintainability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in Python and Java.
• Strong backend development skills, including building scalable backend systems and APIs.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and cloud-native architectures.
• Familiarity with modern AI/LLM tools and frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile or Kanban environment and contribute to architectural decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience operationalizing LLMs or building internal AI platforms.
• Exposure to observability practices (metrics, logging, alerts).
• Experience with knowledge graphs or semantic search systems.
