What you will do

• Act as a technical advisor during early-stage business ideation to assess the viability of GenAI initiatives.
• Design and implement end-to-end GenAI application architectures and pipelines.
• Develop robust, clean, and maintainable Python codebases using design patterns and unit testing.
• Deploy, operate, and monitor AI applications by integrating modern MLOps and CI/CD best practices.
• Lead high-level design decisions and align technical strategies with business goals.
• Manage stakeholders and translate complex AI concepts for non-technical business partners.

Requirements

• Extensive Python coding experience with a strong software engineering foundation.
• Deep experience developing and operating AI/ML applications within enterprise environments.
• Hands-on expertise with LLM frameworks and orchestrators such as LangChain.
• Strong working experience with Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI and Azure Machine Learning.
• Proven track record of leading critical system design and architectural decisions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
