What you will do

  • Drive sales and business development for memory test solutions in the Korean market.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including opportunity identification, qualification, forecasting, quoting, and booking.
  • Lead strategic customer engagements and design-in opportunities with key Tier-1 memory accounts.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with customer requirements and product roadmaps.
  • Clearly position product value propositions and differentiation against competitors.
  • Coordinate internal resources across global Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in sales or business development within the semiconductor, memory, or ATE industry.
  • Hands-on experience in global company sales environments and internal sales back-end processes.
  • Proven track record in strategic business development beyond short-term quota execution.
  • Solid domain knowledge of tester/ATE systems.
  • Fluent English proficiency (verbal and written) is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing Tier-1 memory accounts specifically in Korea.
  • Ability to lead both high-level business and deep technical discussions.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
