TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (AI): Managing strategic partnerships for complex EMEA customers to maximize the adoption of Claude's API and Enterprise features with an accent on technical guidance and strategic account growth. Focus on optimizing AI use cases, driving consumption-based revenue, and translating customer feedback into product roadmaps.

Location: Paris, France. Hybrid: must be in the office at least 25% of the time.

Salary: €150,000 - €230,000 EUR

What you will do

  • Build strategic relationships with key EMEA decision-makers to drive product optimization and expansion.
  • Act as a technical expert for Claude API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code to guide customers to the right solutions.
  • Monitor usage patterns and proactively address underutilization to maximize ROI for consumption and seat-based models.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to serve as the voice of the EMEA customer and influence the product roadmap.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies, including "Train the Trainer" programs, to scale user adoption.
  • Manage the full customer lifecycle through comprehensive success plans and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Consulting, or Solutions Architecture.
  • Proven track record in consumption-based and seat-based business models.
  • Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns.
  • Experience demonstrating technical products to various professional audiences.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Paris office according to the hybrid policy (25% onsite).
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple complex customer relationships.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian.
