What you will do

• Identify and win new business opportunities focusing on end customers and value-based sales.
• Develop and steer a network of OEMs, system integrators, and distributors to scale automation solutions.
• Translate customer challenges into impactful robotics solutions using UR and MiR technologies.
• Collaborate with Application Engineering, Marketing, and Service teams to ensure customer success.
• Manage a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting via Salesforce.

Requirements

• German citizenship is required.
• Fluent in German and English.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, or technical B2B sales.
• Proven track record in managing partner ecosystems such as OEMs or system integrators.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to travel frequently (approximately 60–80%).
