TL;DR

Manager, Risk Analyst (Web3/Fintech): Building and optimizing risk-management frameworks and intelligent risk-control systems for a crypto trading platform with an accent on market and credit risk mitigation. Focus on constructing quantitative models, conducting risk assessments, and enhancing risk-monitoring infrastructures to ensure treasury efficiency.

Location: Must be based in the APAC region

What you will do

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across business processes to identify emerging risks and support mitigation strategies.
  • Participate in end-to-end risk management, including strategy development, quantitative modelling, monitoring, and execution support.
  • Optimize intelligent risk-control systems and enhance the company’s risk database across trading and investment areas.
  • Build and maintain risk-monitoring frameworks tailored to operational scenarios and propose actionable solutions for anomalies.
  • Evaluate internal controls, assessing process efficiency, compliance, and overall effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align business development priorities with risk-control mechanisms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in mathematics, statistics, computer science, finance, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in risk management or financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Must be based in the APAC region.
  • Experience in crypto exchanges or digital-asset industries.

Nice to have

  • Background in anti-fraud systems, user behaviour analytics, or risk-data warehousing.
  • Familiarity with machine-learning libraries.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin.
