What you will do

• Review and escalate AI agent outputs across risk monitoring workflows to ensure accuracy and identify false positives.
• Operate AI-assisted investigation workflows covering key risk metrics and verify agent reasoning.
• Investigate AI-surfaced signals related to suspected market abuse and produce structured findings reports.
• Translate frontline risk experience into structured SOPs and agent skill sets to improve automated coverage.
• Conduct regular quality reviews of agent performance to surface systematic errors and propose refinements.
• Coordinate escalated risk findings with Product, Compliance, Legal, and Operations teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in trading risk, ideally at a crypto exchange or derivatives venue.
• Deep knowledge of attack vectors, including pump-and-dump, wash trading, liquidation suicide attacks, and Sybil patterns.
• Strong data intuition to QA AI-generated analysis and challenge agent conclusions.
• Ability to operate in AI-augmented workflows, including prompting agents and interpreting structured outputs.
• Excellent judgment in ambiguous, high-pressure situations.
• Must have current right to work in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with LLM-based tools, SQL, or Python for validating AI queries.
• Personal trading experience or financial risk certifications (FRM/CFA).
• Mandarin proficiency for collaboration with technical teams.
• Experience writing or refining risk SOPs and runbooks.
