What you will do

• Lead the design and execution of risk management frameworks, focusing on merchant risk and fraud prevention.
• Define and oversee risk control policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure organizational compliance.
• Develop advanced analytics and modeling using SQL, Python, and BI tools to detect emerging threats.
• Mentor risk management team members in risk assessment and incident analysis.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, Product, and Compliance teams to align risk strategies with business objectives.
• Establish key risk indicators (KRIs) and develop real-time monitoring dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• 8+ years of experience in risk management or fraud detection within fintech, crypto, or payments.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a team leadership or strategic role.
• Deep expertise in KYB/KYC processes, merchant risk, and transaction monitoring.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent communication skills in English for collaboration with international teams.
