What you will do

• Develop and refine risk monitoring frameworks, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure.
• Build quantitative models to measure market, counterparty, and liquidity risk.
• Lead crisis response protocols during systemic events and market dislocations.
• Collaborate with trading, sales, and compliance teams to embed risk considerations into business decisions.
• Provide actionable risk assessments and updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial risk management or related quantitative risk roles.
• Must be based in Singapore.
• Deep expertise in building risk dashboards and producing executive-level reports.
• Strong understanding of crypto market dynamics, including exchange and liquidity risk.
• Proficiency in risk modeling and data analysis tools like Python or SQL.
• Ability to operate autonomously across time zones with a self-directed work style.
