What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain quantitative tools for credit, market, and liquidity risk assessment
• Develop scalable Python analytics pipelines for automated reporting, data transformation, and real-time risk monitoring
• Execute portfolio margin stress tests and scenario analysis, delivering insights under pressure
• Lead end-to-end tool development from problem definition to production deployment
• Collaborate with Trading, Sales, Compliance, Treasury, and Operations to embed risk analysis in decisions
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and share insights across teams

Requirements

• 8+ years in quantitative finance, financial risk management, or related quantitative discipline
• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in quantitative field
• Proven track record building quantitative tools for credit, market, liquidity risk
• Deep expertise in risk monitoring, real-time dashboards, executive reports, portfolio stress testing
• Experience with large datasets, analytical tools, and regulators/regulatory exams
• Thrive in ambiguity, independently drive initiatives, and communicate complex concepts clearly

Nice to have

• Experience with digital assets, crypto, or blockchain financial products
• Understanding of operational risk and its intersection with other risks
