What you will do

• Manage multiple customers and OSATs to optimize their productivity and efficiency.
• Analyze technical data, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely solutions to customers.
• Lead team members to achieve project goals and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement new hardware verification strategies to proactively identify failures.
• Conduct technical training courses for customers and initiate service quality enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to refine application solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (EE).
• Minimum 12 years of working experience, preferably as a Field Application Engineer in the semiconductor industry.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Technical expertise in FPGA, ARM microcontrollers, and peripheral interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART).
• Knowledge of analog high-speed signals (USB, PCIe) and network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, TFTP).
• Proficiency in .NET framework, C#, and Python scripting.

Nice to have

• Experience with System Level Test (SLT) in the semiconductor industry.
• Advanced skills in statistical software tools such as Excel VBA and Power BI for complex data reporting.
