What you will do

• Develop wafer sort test programs for production or characterization on ATE or bench test platforms.
• Collaborate with DFT/DFM teams to define and enhance yield and test methodologies.
• Lead test flow optimization, test time reduction, and the release of production test programs.
• Manage OSATs for capacity and competitive cost, including ATE HW inventory management.
• Monitor Test/WAT data to proactively resolve yield issues and ensure product quality.
• Set SYL/SBL on new products using product yield history to maintain stability during NPI processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (with 10+ years experience) or Master’s degree (with 5+ years experience).
• 5+ years of experience with RF/Mixed-Sign IC test.
• Demonstrable experience in ATE testing and test methodology.
• Experience in wafer sort analysis for analog devices up to 65GHz.
• Proficiency in C, C++, Python, or Perl.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled information (EAR).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with test bench equipment such as Network Analyzers, Sampling Oscilloscopes, and Power Meters.
