What you will do

• Develop production and characterization ATE test programs and hardware.
• Collaborate with design teams on new products from debug and characterization to full production.
• Manage production test programs at various manufacturing sites and support new product qualification.
• Identify and drive test cost reduction and yield improvement initiatives.
• Align test engineering systems and processes across multiple manufacturing locations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in semiconductor test engineering.
• Solid background in ATE testing, test methodology, silicon process, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.

Nice to have

• Experience with microprocessors and network processors.
• Knowledge of Advantest test systems and software.
