What you will do

• Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and reusable software architectures for semiconductor test applications.
• Lead the transition to a modern C#-based software environment, defining frameworks and development standards.
• Develop, debug, and deploy robust test programs on hirify.global ATE platforms such as UltraFLEX and UltraFLEXPlus.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews and mentoring engineers in modular design and unit testing.
• Diagnose complex software issues and optimize solutions for yield, throughput, and runtime performance.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams and customers to deliver effective solutions, including on-site support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development, focusing on C# and .NET frameworks.
• Proficiency in software design patterns, architecture principles, and modern practices like CI/CD.
• Strong programming skills in C#; experience with VBA or C/C++ is a plus.
• Must be based in Singapore to support hybrid work at Science Park.
• Willingness to travel as required, up to 30% of the time.
