What you will do

• Perform on-site installation, calibration, repair, and preventive maintenance of complex equipment and systems.
• Conduct customer training sessions on system operation and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, implementing engineering changes and upgrades.
• Manage customer relationships and provide guidance on environmental factors affecting system operation.
• Coordinate with account teams to update support plans and track customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate field reports, time sheets, and accountable company assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Robotics, Mechatronics, Material Science, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Physics.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in field service engineering, semiconductor packaging, or advanced interconnect processes.
• Location: Must be based in Singapore.
• Fluency in English (reading and writing).
• Willingness to travel frequently out of home base.
