Staff Product Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Design, develop, debug, and qualify server and network processor products in collaboration with test, hardware, design, firmware, process, DFM, and DFT teams.
• Debug and characterize the performance of digital and analog circuits.
• Analyze high-volume production data and conduct test-lab experiments to resolve yield and test problems.
• Lead production test-screen optimization and continuous improvement to meet yield, quality, test-time, and DPPM targets.
• Define yield and manufacturing specifications for wafer sort, final test, and SLT insertions, including test-flow optimization and test-time reduction.
• Support RMA testing, customer escalations, coverage improvements, and new product, package, and fab qualifications.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of semiconductor product engineering experience.
• Strong background in ATE testing, test methodology, silicon process, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing.
• Experience with Agilent 83K or 93K testers.
• Effective communication, teamwork, collaboration, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
