Salary: $178,350 - $205,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care via continuous remote management of patient panels.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health coaches, endocrinologists, engineers, and designers.
• Supervise Nurse Practitioner (NP) team members and contribute to quality of care improvements.
• Participate in the development of new technology and clinical protocols to improve patient outcomes.
• Manage after-hours coverage on a rotating basis, approximately 1 in 8 weeks.
• Ensure proactive follow-up regarding patient concerns and metabolic health progress.

Requirements

• Unrestricted medical license in the US.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Endocrinology.
• Proven experience and competence in diabetes management.
• Willingness and ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• Outstanding bedside manner and strong organizational skills.
• Deep commitment to nutritional approaches for diabetes reversal.

Nice to have

• Telemedicine experience.
• Residency in an IMLC state.
• Possession of multiple existing state licenses.
