What you will do

• Implement clinical trial activities per study protocol in collaboration with investigative sites, CROs, and vendors.
• Manage and coach clinical research staff, overseeing study contracting, budgets, and payment processes.
• Design essential study documents, including protocols, informed consent forms, CRFs, and regulatory binders.
• Monitor and track clinical trial progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Partner with internal research and development groups to ensure all deliverables are achieved.
• Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA/PHI privacy and security training and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a relevant discipline; Advanced degree preferred.
• 5-10 years of clinical research experience, including 3-5 years in a leading role managing trials.
• 2+ years of experience managing staff; experience with CRO management is preferred.
• Proven ability to independently manage study design, protocol implementation, and recruitment site management.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Proficiency in clinical research regulations and MS Office suite.
