What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 nurse practitioners, overseeing onboarding and professional growth.
• Manage a part-time panel of patients (0.6 FTE) to lead by example in clinical care.
• Provide quality oversight, monitor safety, and perform clinical QA of team performance.
• Review clinician quality and efficiency metrics monthly with team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure cohesion and project success.
• Lead strategic clinical initiatives critical to patient care and business execution.

Requirements

• NP degree with at least one active state medical license.
• 2+ years in a management role with direct people-management experience.
• Experience managing clinical and business metrics, including quality and productivity.
• Comfortable managing patients with diabetes, pre-diabetes, and obesity.
• Must be based in the US (excluding AK, HI, RI).
