What you will do

• Implement clinical trial activities in accordance with study protocols.
• Manage relationships and processes with investigative site personnel, CROs, and other study vendors.
• Oversee study contracting, budgets, and payment processes for all trial vendors.
• Design essential study documents, including protocols, informed consent forms (ICFs), and CRFs.
• Train CROs, investigators, and study coordinators on protocol requirements.
• Mentor junior clinical operations staff and supervise the clinical study team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a relevant discipline (Advanced degree preferred).
• 5-8 years of clinical research experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in a leading role managing clinical trials.
• Strong familiarity with FDA regulations relevant to clinical trials.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
