Salary: $104,400 - $120,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered virtual care for individuals with diabetes and obesity.
• Manage a panel of patients through continuous remote care in collaboration with health coaches and endocrinologists.
• Ensure proactive follow-up on patient concerns and health outcomes.
• Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule (approximately 1 in 8 weeks).
• Contribute to the development of new clinical technologies and protocols to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Unrestricted US medical license (willingness and ability to obtain additional state licenses required).
• Board certification in a relevant specialty (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Endocrinology preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience and competence in diabetes management.
• Deep interest in and commitment to Virta’s nutritional approach to diabetes reversal.
• Outstanding bedside manner and strong organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with telemedicine.
• Possession of multiple state licenses.
