What you will do

• Develop and improve Virta’s performance measurement framework and reporting quality.
• Maintain high-impact dashboards and metrics to provide external partners with accurate data.
• Calculate and validate performance outcomes for internal and external value reporting.
• Collaborate with Advanced Analytics & AI and Client Success teams to translate data into compelling stories.
• Automate repeatable workflows using AI to increase efficiency and precision.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or data-focused roles.
• Strong SQL skills for data exploration and audit-ready outputs.
• Ability to define and document metrics consistently.
• Systems-oriented mindset with experience in automating repeatable processes.
• Strong communication skills for translating complex data into clear insights.
• Must be based in the US (excluding specific states: AK, AR, DE, HI, ME, MS, NM, OK, SD, VT, WI).

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools like Looker.
• Background in client-facing analytics or value reporting.
• Familiarity with dbt, data modeling, and version-controlled workflows.
