What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data teams to ensure accurate implementation.
• Use data analysis and reporting dashboards to identify trends and opportunities.
• Map and optimize business processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst in tech or data-driven environments.
• Proficiency in translating complex needs into structured documentation.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in LATAM.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, data, or AI-related projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of process modeling (BPMN) or workflow documentation.
