What you will do

• Lead and execute a timely and accurate monthly close process.
• Manage treasury operations, monitor cash balances, and identify cash flow risks.
• Coordinate quarterly tax payments and filings with external advisors.
• Perform bank reconciliations, manage prepaid expenses, and handle accrued expense schedules.
• Conduct MoM flux and variance analysis with detailed supporting explanations.
• Develop and maintain internal accounting documentation and process guides in Notion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Must be based in the USA (company is unable to sponsor work visas).
• 4–7+ years of professional accounting or finance experience.
• Previous experience working at a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Strong proficiency in general accounting principles and driving month-end close.
• Experience documenting financial processes and maintaining knowledge bases.
