Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Execute payments projects end-to-end, translating leadership-defined scope into detailed project plans and workback schedules.
- Manage a portfolio of concurrent projects, including backbook campaigns, processor transitions, and integration improvements.
- Maintain rigorous project tracking, including status reporting, milestone monitoring, and risk/issue logs.
- Lead cross-functional teams across Payments, Product, Sales, and Support, establishing clear RACI and managing stakeholders.
- Document current-state workflows and project-manage the implementation of approved process improvements.
- Track and report project outcomes against defined KPIs and milestones to inform future delivery planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-5 years of experience, with a strong preference for fintech or SaaS operations.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects on scope and on time.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce (or similar CRM) to identify system gaps.
- Proficiency with project management tooling such as Asana or Notion.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
