What you will do

• Develop and execute paid digital campaign strategies across Google SEM, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Drive lead generation and pipeline growth for the EMEA and Americas regions.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to marketing teams in APAC and China.
• Manage and optimize budgets and spend across multiple platforms to ensure efficiency.
• Utilize AI tools and automation to innovate creative output and operational efficiency.
• Analyze performance data using GA4, Power BI, and platform-native reporting tools.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns in SEM, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Professional background in B2B or industrial/technology environments.
• Proven track record of driving lead generation through paid digital channels.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Power BI, and Excel/Sheets.
• Experience managing multi-region campaigns and coordinating across different time zones.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance campaign performance and output.
