Salary: $100,000 – $115,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support requests companywide, managing tickets in Jira and meeting SLAs.
• Manage and maintain macOS and Windows endpoints using Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune.
• Administer user identities, SSO, and access provisioning using Okta.
• Manage Google Workspace accounts, groups, emails, and security settings.
• Maintain the Los Angeles office network and troubleshoot Zoom Rooms AV equipment.
• Coordinate hardware procurement and maintain accurate office asset inventory.

Requirements

• Experience delivering high-touch "white-glove" support to executives and C-Suite leadership.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Okta administration.
• Hands-on experience with Jamf Pro and/or Microsoft Intune for device enrollment and compliance.
• Ability to manage and troubleshoot office network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, gateways, switches).
• Strong written and verbal communication for creating technical documentation.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the Los Angeles, CA office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unifi network equipment.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools like Workato or n8n.
• Experience with macOS update management using Nudge or access platforms like Lumos.
• Slack and GitHub administration skills.
• Knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure-as-code.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code and MCP connectors.
